Patrick is a tried-and- true real estate attorney with expertise handling a broad range of real estate transactional, land use, and real estate litigation matters. Patrick began his legal career at one of the Southwest’s largest law firms and was an in-house attorney at one of North America’s largest land-developers and is able to assist the Firm’s clients in both Arizona and Michigan.
With respect to the transactional side of his practice, Patrick regularly represents individuals, small businesses, and developers in all types of real estate transactions and zoning matters, including the acquisition, development, leasing, and operation of multi-family residential complexes, custom-homes, office buildings, senior housing projects, and retail centers. He was involved in one of the largest casino refinancing projects in the Southwest valued at over $3 billion. Patrick also handles an array of golf course sales, membership, and management issues, and has assisted a number of celebrities and professional athletes with their real estate issues.
Regarding the litigation side of his practice, Patrick handles real estate non-disclosure matters, commission disputes, quiet title, adverse possession, and breach of contract claims, and advises individuals, real estate licensees, brokers, brokerages, property managers, and investors involved in real estate disputes. Patrick has successfully handled numerous jury trials and appellate matters.
